How to stay healthy

It is important to live a healthy lifestyle. Let me tell you why. If you don't get enough sleep, eat good foods, and exercise you will get fat. Some of the of the ways to stay healthy are to run around your neighborhood three times. You can also get on the swing and count to a hundred. Another important part of staying healthy is to sleep well. Sleep a 8, 7, or 6. Take a nap every day. These are things you can do while you're doing your exercise. Do 10 jumping jacks, do 50 pushups. If you exercise, eat good foods, and sleep well you will be strong and healthy!
